PSC H323

Overview

The Product Service Code (PSC) system is a government-wide taxonomy used to classify the goods and services procured by the U.S. federal government. PSCs are the primary “what” codes recorded in FPDS/SAM reporting, support spend analysis and category management, and are maintained through the PSC Manual on Acquisition.gov. ¹

PSC H323 is the inspection category for ground-effect vehicles, motor vehicles, trailers, and cycles. Official PSC documentation lists H323 as “Inspection- Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers, and Cycles” and specifies that it “Includes: Commercial Testing and Laboratory Services” while excluding medical and dental laboratory services; agencies should select H323 when inspection/testing services are the predominant deliverable. ¹
