PSC 2320

TRUCKS AND TRUCK TRACTORS, WHEELED

Overview

The Product and Service Code (PSC) system classifies what the U.S. government buys so contract actions can be tracked, analyzed, and reported consistently across federal procurement systems. PSCs are maintained through the PSC Manual and are used for data capture in the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), supporting standardized spend analysis and reporting. 1

PSC 2320 covers complete wheeled trucks and truck tractors, and their chassis. It includes panel, delivery, and pickup trucks; military cargo-carrying wheeled vehicles (including wheeled amphibians); truck tractors and tractor–trailer combinations; and armored cars. It excludes fire trucks, special construction earth- and rock-hauling trucks, motorized compressors and concrete mixers, airfield/warehouse specialized trucks, and vehicles designed/modified for combat or tactical use (e.g., tracked/halftracked vehicles and MRAPs under 2355). 2
